The Formula

Structured Random Selection

pzizz uses a complex mathematical formula, based on structured random selection. This means that although the processor follows a predesignated path, the data it selects and subsequently delivers along the route is chosen in a random manner – making each experience different.

Simply put, every time you press “play”, pzizz will mix a new sleep music soundtrack, so that you never hear the same thing twice!

This process is not possible on sleep music or relaxation music CDs

This has several benefits, the foremost of which is the consistent active stimulation of the subconscious through novel but recognizable input.

The algorithm draws from the three levels of data files (words, sleep music and sound effects) stored in each preset, and mixes them together each time the start button is pressed, resulting in billions of combinations of sounds.

This unique system enables pzizz to achieve several things that normal linear tapes and nap techniques cannot. We have the strength of association when the conscious/subconscious hears the identifying sound and introductory music, but instead of making a decision to switch off, we keep the subconscious active by virtue of the random nature of the program that follows.

NLP

Neuro Linguistic Programming is defined as the influence of language patterns on the brain. It shows us how language patterns program our minds and form our views.

NLP is a system in which the brain is viewed as a computer that can be reprogrammed to think and feel in a way that helps people achieve specific goals.

This means that with the structured language patterns within pzizz we can achieve a change in the state of the body and mind with a lasting post-experience effect.

the categories of brainwave patterns

Binaural Beats

Your brain perceives binaural beats when you hear two tones of different frequencies, one in each ear, at the same time. For example, if there’s a tone of 400 Hz in your right stereo headphone and a tone of 410 Hz in your left at the same time, you will perceive a beating pulsation because of the difference of 10 Hz in the two tones. You don’t actually hear it, because it falls below the human range of hearing (20-20,000 Hz) — but you experience it as a beat.

Theoretically, your brainwaves will adjust to match the frequency of the beats. A beat that simulates a particular range of brainwave frequency (e.g., alpha, theta or delta) can actually change your brainwave frequency.

Sleep Music and Sound Effects

The sleep music files have been composed for pzizz specifically to enhance the desired state at each point in the program. Again, as with the language files, they are selected by the processor with an algorithm in a structured random manner maximizing their effect and enabling the total flexibility of each program. normal
